It has taken us over one year to find the right blend of ingredients to make a delicious, fluffy waffle that tastes just as good as our original mixes.
The gluten free market continues to grow with approximately 1 in 100 people suffering from coeliac disease (source: Coeliac UK) and even more suffering with a gluten intolerance.
The market for “free-from” food has jumped 30pc since last year, to £531m, and Mintel forecasts it will hit £673m by 2020 (source: The Telegraph Dec 2016).
Our product allows customers to enjoy waffles they haven't previously been able to enjoy without compromising on taste and quality.
